Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ Nước - Năng lượng (WETEC) respects the privacy and protects the personal data of website visitors, customers and partners. This policy explains what information WETEC collects, how it is used, how long it is retained and how users can exercise their rights regarding their personal data.
This policy applies to data arising when users visit wetec.com.vn; submit contact forms, schedule product presentations, request consultation or communicate with WETEC through the contact channels published on the website.
For data processed during software implementation or the operation of customer systems, responsibilities, access rights and data protection measures are determined by the relevant contracts and agreements. This policy does not replace those agreements.

Some information may need to be retained longer because of legal obligations, dispute resolution requirements or a resulting contractual relationship. Technical logs are retained for a period appropriate to operational and system security purposes.

WETEC may request verification of identity or authority to act as a representative to avoid disclosing, changing or deleting data at the request of an unauthorized person. Requests are received and processed according to the prescribed procedures and time limits; where a request cannot be fully met, WETEC will explain the reasons to the extent permitted by law.
WETEC may amend this policy when its data processing activities change or new legal requirements apply. The applicable version is published on the website with its update date. If a change requires a separate notice or renewed consent, WETEC complies with the relevant legal requirements.
